We are working with our client who are seeking an HR Officer.
You will be assisting the HR manager and will ideally have the following:
- Supporting employees on all human resource issues or queries they may have and facilitating actions to resolve these in a timely manner
- Human resource administration and maintenance of records and systems as required
- Sit in Compulsory Redundancy meetings (3 step process).
- Prepare all redundancy letters, compromise agreements etc book solicitor appointments
- ideally knowledge of redundancies and plant closure
