HR Officer

Belfast City Centre

An excellent opportunity for a HR Officer to join a leading professional services based in their Belfast offices. Reporting to the HR Manager your main duties will include:

  • Provide day to day HR support and resolution to employees and managers on HR queries through the implementation of policy and process
  • Coach managers to support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support and enhance employee engagement demonstrating measurable outcomes
  • Prepare various comprehensive reports and presentations from raw data and make appropriate recommendations
  • Lead recruitment and selection activities
  • Advise line managers and assist with Performance Management
  • Process absence management and implement policies
  • Assist with the disciplinary and grievance process

Essential Criteria

  • A degree in HR and/or CIPD qualification
  • 3 years' experience in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Northern Ireland employment legislation
  • Knowledge or experience of Ireland's employment legislation would be an advantage
