Staffline's client, a distinguished manufacturing company located in Ballymena are seeking to recruit for a permanent HR OFFICER. Are you seeking a new challenge within the HR Field? Perhaps you are coming to the end of a contract? If so this could be the role for YOU! Hours Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 5.15pm Friday 8.15am to 1pm. SALARY £27 TO £34K depending on skills and experience. Purpose of Post: Due to growth and expansion this fast-moving company has experienced considerable growth over the last year. They are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their team, taking responsibility for day to day HR operational duties. The HR Officer will be responsible for providing customer focussed advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements. You will be the main point of contact for staff, handling daily queries and escalating to HR Manager where necessary. You will work closely with the HR Manager on, recruitment, performance management, employee relations issues and employee engagement. You will build solid business partnerships across the business ensuring that we provide a value-added service.
