HR/Payroll Administrator
Part time Fixed term role approx 18 months with the possibility of extension
Mon - Fri 9 am - 1 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Monthly Payroll :
- Data entry of monthly overtime payments onto payroll system
- Data entry of monthly sickness absence documentation onto payroll system
- Data entry of monthly annual leave reports onto payroll system
- Collate monthly payroll reports
- Work with the external payroll bureau ensuring accurate and efficient submission and processing
- Continued communication with the payroll bureau throughout the month to resolve queries and audit draft payroll reports
- Prepare monthly reports for management where required
- Update and maintain existing PAMS system and all other background systems related to payroll, sickness absence and annual leave
HR Administration Support to HR Team
- General day to day administrative duties as and when required.
- Assist with maintaining all employee date accurate and up to date
- Assist with the digitalisation of the department, moving relevant data online as and when required.
- Support with provision of reports to HR Manager/Deputy HR Manager and Heads of Service where required
- Seeking pre-employment references
- Where applicable, responding to the HR User and Staff email enquiries, including but not limited to, confirming receipt of applications pack, pre-employment documentation and references
- General filing and typing duties
- Minute taking where requested
