Job requirements of Hygiene Operative

As a Hygiene Operative, you will ensure the factory is cleaned to a high standard after production has finished.

You will be responsible for the completion of all relevant checklists and adhering to the cleaning schedule. It is vital to pay full attention to Health & Safety requirements and use chemicals and apparatus in the correct manner, always adhering to user manuals and safe systems of work.

Shift pattern: Days Mon - Fri. 8 am to finish (5 pm/6 pm

Evenings Sun - Thurs / Tues - Sat 5 pm -1 am

What you will need:

• Experience within a hygiene environment would be advantageous
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• You will be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
• You will have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• You will be a flexible, and a team player

Pay and benefits:

• Rate of Pay - £10.50 per hour Day shift £11.03 Evening Shift
• Rate inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus
• Overtime - time and a half after completing normal weekly hours
• Temp to perm opportunities
• 28 days holiday

Job Types: Full-time, Temp

Salary: £13.77 per hour
