Staffline are currently recruiting numerous Inbound Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Belfast City Centre. The hours of work are 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, and the rate of pay is £10.71 per hour. This is a temporary role, initially for twelve months with the possibility of being extended.

This is a hybrid working role, giving the right candidates flexibility.

Job Duties;

• Answer service only inbound customer calls.
• Help customers through the energy switching process and help to retain existing customers.
• Meet KPI objectives which include switching and retentions as well as other operational targets such as system input and reporting.

Essential Criteria;

• A committed and friendly nature
• The ability to work on computer systems.
