Inbound Customer Service Advisor |Belfast | Permanent

Satffline Ireland is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors for our Banking Client.

Office Based Role - Belfast City Centre - Immediate starts - No Sales

No Experience Needed - Full training Provided

Salary:

• £20,800 p/a

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9am to 18.00pm
• 40 hours p/w

The Job:

• Inbound Call Handling
• Updating customer mobile numbers / registering customers for the banking app
• No sales - all inbound calls
• Provide excellent customer service
