Job description
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors for our Banking Client
Office Based Role - Belfast City Centre
No Experience Needed - No Sales
Wage:
- £19.5k p/a (overtime when available)
Hours:
- Rotational 8 hour shift patterns
- Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm
- Saturday 8am to 6pm
- 37.5 hours pw
Job Description:
- Inbound Call Handling
- General banking queries
- No sales - all inbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service
