INSURANCE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR | LONGFORD | PERMANENT

Our client based in Longford Town, has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Insurance Account Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. They are searching for the new team member to join their Personal Lines Team. THE ROLE|

Working within Personal Lines division, the successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert to work with customers, creating and retaining a database of potential customers and existing clients to help achieve overall sales goals. You will provide support and assistance to complete the risk underwriting process in agreement with established work flows, procedures, and company protocol.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Processing and coordinating policies and all associated documentation ensuring company compliance and procedures are followed whilst providing excellent client service
• Ensure monthly New Business/Renewal targets are achieved
• Assist with projects as required

REQUIREMENTS |

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a general Insurance role
• Minimum APA Personal Lines or CIP qualified (or currently completing) with proof of CPD or Grandfathered in Personal Lines
• Familiar with Applied system and operate proficiently desirable
• Sound technical product knowledge and knowledge of the general insurance market
