Junior Facilities Clerk | Dublin 7 | 3 month contract

The Client: Our client offer financial support to the Mater Public Hospital so that it can continue to provide world-class patient care. They are currently experiencing growth in the market and are expanding their team who are based in Dublin 7.

The Role: They have a vacancy for a Junior Facilities Clerk to join their team on a full time basis starting ASAP.

Hours of work: The role will run Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm/9am-5pm (35 hour week)

Length of contract: 3 month contract (with the view to go permanent for the right person)

Requirements:

  • IT literate
  • Team oriented pro-active, open minded team player
  • Good organisational skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Excellent customer service skills working under time pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment and flexibility at all times
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work on a variety of items simultaneously
  • Good time management skills
  • To be professional and presentable at all times
  • Get the job done attitude
  • Porter and facilities duties
  • Upkeep of stock and packing materials
  • Liaising with fund-raising managers and supporting fund-raising promotions/events
  • Dealing with incoming telephone and email correspondence
  • Covering reception, administration tasks and data entry
  • Sorting daily post
  • Liaising between the foundation and the hospital
