Working Calendar: 37.5 hours per week (with limited weekend support on a rota basis)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Systems Administrator to join the IT team in Belfast. We would like to hear from you if you are driven and are interested in working in a unique, fast paced environment.
The Person
The ideal candidate for this position will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to Staffline users. You will work with the IT team to provide support for all IT infrastructure and applications including hardware, software, network services and telephony.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users and investigate and resolve Service desk tickets.
- Escalation and management of support calls to third party support vendors.
- Support for thin clients, laptops and PCs.
- Azure server administration.
- Office 365 administration.
- Line of Business application and systems support.
- Provide occasional cover for out of hours support and holiday cover within the team.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience supporting remote users in a multi-site environment
- Full, clean driving licence as occasional travel required throughout NI and ROI
Desirable Criteria
- Azure administration
- Office 365 Users and Groups Administration
- Active Directory administration
The Package
- £20k to £25k depending on experience
