Junior Medical Administrator - Dublin 12 - Hybrid
At Staffline Recruitment we have an amazing opportunity for a junior / graduate candidate keen to kick start their career in an administrative role. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and work as part of a dynamic, successful and forward thinking organisation.
The purpose of this position will be to provide excellent administrative support to a busy team within this medical company who have a reputation for operating high quality services and delivering excellent patient care.
This permanent position will offer a salary in the region on €26,000 - €28,000 with a generous annual bonus, amazing benefits and a hybrid working model.
Key duties will include the following:
- Patient data management; Creating new records for patients (new therapy patients and new diagnostic patients)
- Inputting & updating patient records in Therefore and SAP CRM databases
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing post
- Managing stock levels of our frequently used letters and brochures
- Assist in providing reception services for customers and visitors
- Accurate, efficient and timely data entry and sales admin
- Working to daily KPIs and month end deadlines and providing reports on same
- Assist patients and troubleshoot patient app issues
- Provide comprehensive solutions to queries
- Reviewing existing work processes (SOP's) and implementing changes where deemed necessary
- Create greater efficiencies with current workflow practices
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, data entry or office administration experience necessary
- Ability to deal with several tasks at once in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to most situations
- A self-starter that demonstrates initiative and knows how to prioritise work
- Proven attention to detail and follow through
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner

- Time management and organisational skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft office
- Open and receptive communication skills
- Outgoing and positive attitude to customers and colleagues
