Key Account Specialist

Location: Southern Region (Lisburn and Portadown)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)

Salary: £23,000 OTE £29,000

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Key Account Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing, organising, and administering comprehensive services designed to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness for our client contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.

Job Summary

As a Key Account Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and maintaining accurate records and systems.

Main Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Partner with clients to understand roles, organisation culture, and assignment specifics.
  • Source and recruit candidates for various levels in line with resourcing KPIs.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and skills assessments aligned with client needs.
  • Register candidates ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Deliver client-specific training as needed.
  • Issue onboarding information and manage the onboarding process.
  • Meet KPIs as set by the Line Manager.

Client Management:

  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to provide innovative service delivery solutions.
  • Regularly review service performance with clients and suggest improvements.
  • Deliver services as per the client SLA.
  • Provide detailed management information and reports.
  • Manage client feedback and satisfaction surveys, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate worker/employee records and ensure timely and correct payments.
  • Provide advice and guidance to temporary workers on performance and absence management.
  • Conduct appraisals and investigation meetings as required.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure full compliance with company processes, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Comply with Health and Safety standards.
  • Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits and Client Ethical and Customer Audits as needed.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in account management or recruitment.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels.
  • Stability in past work history.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills.
  • Ability to conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings.

Desirable:

  • GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Business Admin Level 3 qualification.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Resilience and effective coping under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
