Leadership and Learning Specialist - Finance

Contract

Belfast City Centre

£50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience

An excellent and unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a global, award-winning organisation. You will lead learning programmes and deliver a range of training courses for finance professionals across the business. Main duties will include;

  • Design and develop high quality learning content for delivery using blended learning
  • Work with function to conduct learning needs analysis and help to develop solutions to meet these needs
  • Work with external training providers and internal SMEs to develop learning and development programmes
  • Maintain and update existing courses' content to ensure it remains up to date and relevant
  • Provide best practice leadership and learning advice and guidance across the Firm, working with different teams in the business to consider appropriate learning solutions and design key learning interventions as required
  • Deliver programme content/sessions as and when required in person and remotely utilising the Firms webinar technology
  • Create fit for purpose, "bite-sized" learning content within short timeframe
  • Work independently on projects as the lead L&L learning Specialist, providing advice and support to other teams in the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree focusing on Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Management, or other related areas
  • Prior experience in a Professional Services firm is preferred, but not a prerequisite
  • Experience of working with Finance would be advantageous
  • Confidence and proficiency delivering a range of face-to-face and virtual training courses
  • Some experience of designing effective learning interventions such as face-to-face workshops, webinars and other learning programmes
  • Experience managing projects and programmes a plus
