Logistics Co-Ordinator will:

Plan structured collection and delivery schedules

Ensure all information contained on the system is accurate at all times

Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant external (and internal) stakeholders such as hauliers, customers, sales, production and finance teams

Ensure effective communication regarding shipping schedules and associated requirements to customers and liaise with customers regarding any delays to planned arrival dates

Maintain KPIs

Approve invoices

Resolve queries or disputes in an efficient and timely manner
