Position Description - Management Accountant

Salary - £45,000 a year

We are delighted to be recruiting for our client in the electricity industry to join their Finance team as a Management Accountant!

This is an exciting chance to join a highly efficient and successful company. You will be working as part of the Financial Reporting Team with duties including; production of statutory & regulatory accounts, statutory/regulatory & interim audits, assisting with forecasts, budgets and business planning and supporting the Financial Planning and Strategy team.

Who should apply?

• Qualified Accountant;
• OR a part qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience.

Experience to include:

• Financial and Management accounting including experience of accounts preparation & review.
• Strong understanding and relevant experience of audit processes.
• Experience gained in a 'Big 4' accountancy firm or a large company
• Experience in working in a Regulated Environment.
• Financial presentation of information and analysis to Senior / Management personnel.
• Working knowledge of SAP
