Job description

Marketing and Communications Manager

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Manager on behalf of an internationally renowned specialist joinery and interior fit-out Company. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for the day to day marketing and communications for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering company's marketing and communications plan and budget.
  • Delivering relevant and timely marketing intelligence on clients, competitors and supply chain.
  • Sourcing new project opportunities and assess the likely scope of these projects.
  • Set up meetings with new and existing customers to include but not limited to Principle Contractors, Designers Architects & Cost Consultants across the UK.
  • Identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities in lead generation campaigns and measuring results.
  • Develop, implement and keep updated a CRM System.
  • Prepare reports and corporate presentations.
  • Manage the production of all promotional material including video, company brochures and newsletters.
  • Maintain effective internal communications including producing regular newsletters and supporting delivery of CSR plan.
  • Manage and update the corporate website and social media pages.
  • Manage corporate events, trade shows and award submissions.
  • Manage external communications including PR/media enquiries and draft press releases for approval.
  • Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

  • 3 years' Marketing and Communications experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with expertise in media relations, brand management, digital content development, marketing and internal communication management.
  • Proven track record of leading successful communications projects including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Experience of managing corporate social media and digital platforms for effective public relations and media purposes.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
  • Marketing/Communications/Business qualification.
