Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We currently have a vacancy for a Supplies Officer to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract basis.

The Role: Supplies Officer

Responsibilities:

• Real time responses to operational issues such as security, health and safety, electrical, plumbing, bedding, feeding, cleaning, access etc.
• Controlling stock levels of bedding, cleaning products, food etc.,
• Ordering stock as needed.
• Maintaining excel spreadsheets with quantities.
• General administration duties.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday | 9am - 5.30pm

Requirements:

• Manual lifting required
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
