Job description

MAIN DUTIES

1. Patrolling the Holiday Parks and checking the various buildings and caravans on site.
2. Monitoring visitors and residents to ensure that no unauthorised personnel or visitors are on the site after hours, including campers.

3. Ensuring that those using the caravan camps are behaving in a reasonable manner with due consideration for others and that there is no disorderly behaviour.

4. Generally directing members of the public using the facilities including any emergency services to the parks.

5. Opening and locking the entrance gates as directed.
6. Advising the Wardens of incidents/problems as necessary.
7. Ensuring that no unauthorised camping or caravanning takes place.
8. Any other duties that may be allocated from time to time.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

ESSENTIAL

1. Available on all dates required.
2. At least 6 months experience of night security work including patrolling outside.
3. At least 6 months experience of dealing with the public.
4. Confident, able to make decisions on own initiative.
5. Good judgement.
6. Excellent communication skills - able to deal with all age groups in a professional manner.

This position is 4 nights per week, £9.25 per hour temporary ongoing to start immediately
