Staffline Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a food production company located in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. The company is an established business and one of Irelands fastest growing companies with exciting plans and growth in progress and are looking for an Office Adminstrator on a contracted term to join their team.
The Ideal candidate for this role will be highly organised and motivated Administrator to manage the administrative and customer service tasks for our healthy meal delivery service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure while ensuring that all issues related to the delivery of healthy school meals are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative and customer service requirements, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed and resolved promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions, and prepare reports as necessary.
- Look after the daily running of a busy administrative office.
- Monitor and evaluate the service regularly to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software tools for project management and reporting.
