Job description

Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We currently have a permanent vacancy for an experienced Office Administrator based in Galway.


  • Dealing with queries via email, phone
  • Maintain and update all data.
  • Working closely with the manager and team on day to day tasks.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Handling expenses and billing cycles.
  • To support the accounts payable team and assist with processing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Successful candidate to have a minimum of 2 years experience working to tight deadlines gained in an administrative/clerical role in an Accountancy/Financial environment
