Job description

Staffline Ireland are working with this leading architecture company to recruit an Office Administrator to operate from their Belfast office.

Duties include:

General Reception

  • Telephone answering

  • Post processing

  • Welcome and hospitality.

Office Management

  • Monitoring adherence to standard procedures

  • Ensuring compliance with clear desk policy

  • Preparation of Microsoft Word and Excel documents.

  • Monitoring compliance with Quality Assurance system and General Data Protection Regulations

  • Preparation of minutes of monthly progress meetings

Financial Management

  • Book keeping

  • Payroll

  • Invoicing

  • Bank account reconciliation

  • Payment of accounts


  • Assisting Directors in the identification of tender opportunities

  • Assisting Bid Coordinators in preparation of tender submissions

  • Informing team members of tender outcomes
