Location: Western Health & Social Care Trust


The Client: Local Healthcare body based in Western Health and Social care trust, serving local residents.

The Role:

    • The Administration Officer will contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of effective nursing performance documentation & report systems and processes within the Trust.
    • The role will include facilitating relevant trainings for the staff & presentation of the system's framework to Ward Sisters & Lead Nurses.
    • The post holder will work closely with health and social care professionals and other leads & head of services from other disciplines.
    • The post holder will support the Assistant Director of Nursing in the development of ward to board assurance reports relating to nursing performance.
    • * To develop, maintain and administer nursing performance reporting and documentation systems, processes and dashboards that can be used at the ward level by staff in compliance of various reportorial requirements; The information gathered on these dashboards is used as the basis for reports that are submitted to Directorates, CMT and PHA.
    • * To develop, maintain and administer database systems which provide user-friendly data entry forms and capture information about nursing service intervention of the patients;Hours of work: 37.5Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
