Office Administrator - Dublin 20

At Staffline Recruitment we are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing, socially responsible and ethical food manufacturing company with offices and a production facility in South Dublin.

Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking to further strengthen their team with an enthusiastic and motivated Office Administrator.

The purpose of this role will be to manage and coordinate the front of house function and also provide administration assistance to different departments.

The successful candidate will carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Ensure office area is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Office facility management and office daily maintenance
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Support production scheduling using weekly demand plan
  • Coordinate and send customer samples, local and international
  • Administration support to all staff including Senior Management Team
  • Powerpoint presentation support
  • Assist sales and marketing team with travel bookings
  • Assist in event management - trade and consumer shows
  • Analyse and manage sell through reporting and other data

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience working in a busy office environment
  • A passion for food!
  • Enthusiastic, organised and conscientious solutions person who thinks on their feet
  • Evidence of working in a busy office environment with responsibility for ensuring effective and efficient communication
  • Ability to put processes in place to achieve outstanding results
  • A creative multi-tasker with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly to achieve shared outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and inspire stakeholders and supporters
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • A keenness to add value to the organisation's culture and ethos
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and work medium and long term, based on business strategies and logical analysis of market potential and productivity
  • Proven ability to establish trust and credibility through character and professional expertise

This is a permanent role based in Dublin 20 that will offer a salary in the region of €30,000 - €35,000.
