OFFICE MANAGER | DUBLIN CITY CENTRE| PERMANENT
The Client: Based in Dublin City Centre, our client is a leading financial services firm with a well-established network. They are seeking to appoint an Office Manager to join the business on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations and will act as the first point of contact for the business. In addition to office management, the successful candidate will also act as the executive support to the senior team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Act as the first point of contact for the business, handling all incoming calls, correspondence and welcoming visitors to the building
- Provide operational support on a daily basis, managing reception, executive support to include booking travel, arranging meetings, managing expense process for the organisation
- Management of the company's charitable foundation and all associated administration
- Manage procurement, inventory, and order processing for the business
- Management of the building's maintenance, arranging facilities management contractors as issues arise
- Meeting room management and provide support to executives for internal/external meetings and events
- Manage all quality, H&S issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support to finance function on invoicing and management reporting
- Project support activities as and when the needs arise
REQUIREMENTS |
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, stand-alone office management role preferable
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate at management level
- Strong technical skills with the ability to manage online video conferencing software
- Excellent presentation skills, editing skills an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Good negotiation skills
