Operations Manager - Healthcare / Property

Salary: Negotiable

Location: 2 state of the art facilities in Newtonabbey, Belfast

Staffline are very excited to be working with our private client who have state of the art facilities providing care and rehabilitation services local to Belfast who are seeking an experienced Operations Manager.

Healthcare Management

* Co-ordinate all weekly operational meetings and conduct monthly performance meetings with Senior Staff across the Homes.

* Ensure the healthcare facilities run smoothly and offer high-quality healthcare to every patient.

* Oversee the healthcare facility's regulatory requirements and ensure the Homes are fully compliant. Ensuring that best practices are followed and resolve cases where the facility is out of compliance.

* Support in defining roles and responsibilities for all staff in Care Home Businesses along with Home Manager and Senior Management Team.

* Resource Projection Planning in line with budgetary targets.

* Assist in the development website and online presence as well as supporting with any marketing collateral required.

* Understand Care Home Reporting System and complete full analysis of weekly / monthly operations and costs.

Property Management

* Manage and support commercial correspondence and planning applications relating to Group Property portfolio liaising directly with suppliers, tenants, contractors and relevant stakeholders.

* Active management of the properties, organising maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, managing health and safety, maintaining strong tenant relationships, contract renewals and all other related management issues.

* Ensure building insurance is in place, lease extensions are negotiated, and service charges are paid.

* Opportunity to bring additional properties into the managed portfolio.

* Applications will need to come from applicants with previous experience in this type of role ideally in a care related environment.
