An excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager to join one of NI's leading manufacturing companies based in their Craigavon site. Reporting to the Factory Manager you will ensure the site KPI's are met, high technical standards are maintained and achieve quality standards through the development of people, processes and systems. Main duties will include:

• Leading and driving forward business unit
• Leadership of quality culture within operations
• Full accountability for technical KPIs ensuring that the company quality and technical standards are maintained while meeting the customer expectations
• Responsible for ensuring Production Shift Mangers and Operations Team Leads produce product meeting customer specification and QAS
• Engage Production Shift Managers, OTL's and wider support team / value stream and hold accountable for technical KPIs and their continual improvement of scores and closure of incidents
• Lead customer visits/audits when Factory Tours are required
• Evaluate, utilise, deploy and embed a range of techniques to deliver best in class operational excellence which can be measured through the financial performance of the factory

Essential Criteria

• Proven management and leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working to technical standards and targets
• Proven people management experience
• Proven track record of achievement in financial improvements within area of responsibility
