Position Description - Operations Manager

An industry-leading client has a new opening to join the team as their Operations Manager!

You will lead, support and guide their management team with the on-going operation and development of services and our people. You will ensure that exceptional service levels, client satisfaction, continuous improvement and innovation are provided to our customers.

Who should apply?
Those with:

• 5+ years in a management role in the cleaning and security services industry
• 3rd level qualification in a business discipline

Experience to include:

• Leading and driving business growth.
• Successful track record of operating at a strategic level, building strong client relationships and value-based management
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Ability to use a creative approach to influence at all levels
• Extensive client/people management experience.
• Managing several hundred colleagues over multiple sites in NI
