Position Description - Operations Manager
An industry-leading client has a new opening to join the team as their Operations Manager!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with strong moral values. You will lead, support and guide their management team with the on-going operation and development of services and our people. You will ensure that exceptional service levels, client satisfaction, continuous improvement and innovation are provided to our customers.
Who should apply?
- 5+ years in a management role in the cleaning and security services industry
- 3rd level qualification in a business discipline
Experience to include:
- Leading and driving business growth.
- Successful track record of operating at a strategic level, building strong client relationships and value-based management
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Ability to use a creative approach to influence at all levels
- Extensive client/people management experience.
- Managing several hundred colleagues over multiple sites in NI
