Head of Operations / Group Manager / Directors
Lead, direct and control the operations of the hotel so as to achieve corporate objectives and financial targets.
Deliver financial targets in line with budget and business plan.
Assist with forecasting procedures and budget planning
Overall management in the absence of the Head of Operations
Ensure a safe, risk free environment for guests and staff through compliance with all statutory and legislative responsibilities.
Improve customer satisfaction levels by training, monitoring feedback and ensuring customer service standards maintained
Ensure the fabric of the company and property is continually enhanced, within the company financial and quality standards.
Implement corporate/ brand strategies and policies throughout the business, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Implement costed rotas for each department based on forecasted revenue, drive this through managing and supporting the heads of department to achieve these targets.
Implement recruitment practices and procedures designed to attract the best candidate for vacancies.
Maintain and enhance employee satisfaction recognising individual/ team effort through effective training, reward and motivation processes.
Control the Operations, leading from the front in all aspects of food & Beverage, developing and supporting all colleagues.
Control, support and deliver agreed KPI's as per below:
- Food GP
- Beverage GP
- Wage percentage
- Customer satisfaction audit
Customer satisfaction measurements.
Employee turnover, stability and opinion measurements.
Statutory and legal compliance.
Internal: All Managers and staff
External: Industry colleagues, competitors, customer, local business community, local suppliers.
