Staffline recruitment is now seeking a part-time administrator to join our client's team within the Dundalk Area. This role offers great flexibility and work life balance as well as an excellent salary.

Job requirements

  • General office Admin.
  • Payroll Preparation.
  • Vat Returns/PAYE.
  • Profit and Loss accounts.
  • General company bookkeeping.
  • Project resource tracking.
  • Some PA responsibilities.

The ideal candidate

  • The candidate is expected to be flexible Monday to Friday however, there is some flexibility with this role.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time keeping skills, as well as the ability to organise tasks efficiently.
  • You must be fully proficient with Microsoft office suites.
