Staffline Recruitment are currently seeking a Part-administrator on behalf of our client based in Monaghan.

This role is flexible with some options to work from home within reason.

Duties

  • Data entry and review.
  • Preparing basic accounts from accounting records.
  • Preparing and sending invoices.
  • Sage experience would be preferable.
  • Some customer relations when required.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality

Ideal candidate

  • Knowledge of packages such as Sage would be hugely beneficial.
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Client Management Systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver top quality customer service.
