Part- time administrator WFH options
Staffline Recruitment are currently seeking a Part-administrator on behalf of our client based in Monaghan.
This role is flexible with some options to work from home within reason.
- Data entry and review.
- Preparing basic accounts from accounting records.
- Preparing and sending invoices.
- Sage experience would be preferable.
- Some customer relations when required.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality
- Knowledge of packages such as Sage would be hugely beneficial.
- A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Client Management Systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to deliver top quality customer service.
