Part Time Administrators
Working in a busy office environment the job will involve a wide range of office duties including
Administrative support to the business including delivering a first class service to customers via telephone
Processing customer order accurately and efficently
Processing invoices in a timely manner
Updating and maintaining company records and data on computerised systems
General admin duties
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high standard of good customer service and be computer literate - full training will be given.
These jobs are temporary for three months with a permanent opportunity available after probation period.
