Staffline Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on behalf of our Public Sector client in Co. Meath.
Responsibilites:
- Provide clerical support to the monthly payroll team
- Assist with all aspects of processing documentation, reports and part time contracts
- Managing the filing and administration of payroll forms
- Handling general queries related to the part time monthly payrun via phone, email or in person
- Data Input - employee payroll details, hours, holiday requests etc
- Paperwork printing, filing and scanning
- Liaising with Revenue
- Adhoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Microsoft office proficiency - particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong IT skills
- Office or clerical experience
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Previous payroll experience desirable
Hours: 37 per week (Mon - Fri)
Job Type: Temporary (6 months)
