Job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join an innovative and award winning firm based in their Belfast offices. You will provide administrative support to the Directors, main duties will include;

  • First point of contact for the Directors
  • Relationship building
  • Provide comprehensive diary management
  • Meeting preparation, ensuring all documents required are prepared in advance
  • Travel arrangement, ensuring cost reduction is considered
  • Manage all communications
  • Client account support

Essential Criteria;

  • 2 years' experience in a similar PA position
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office suite, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience of using CRM systems
