Job description

Planning & Customer Service Co-Ordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our client's based in Kells, Co Antrim who are looking for a Planning & Customer Service Co-Ordinator. The role will be full time permanent.

The role will involve the following duties:

  • Organise and update daily/ weekly planning documents & schedules for all production departments (generated in Excel / Word)
  • Co-ordinate with the supply chain and order management to align the optimum production plan to meet customer order requirements and maintain customer service levels
  • Monitor factory progress to meet the production plan and communicate with key team members where necessary to expedite
  • Perform Customer Service duties and task as required - deal with customer enquiries/ complaints by email or telephone
  • Input customer orders on MIS system.

Applicants must have the following:

  • 4 x GCSE's (or equivalent) passed at Grade C or above inclusive of Math's and English
  • Prior production planning experience / demonstrable experience in a production planning / supply chain environment
  • Customer Focus: Striving for high customer satisfaction, working to be helpful and supportive, making it as easy as possible for the customer
  • Computer literate with a proven knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Highly organised and meticulous approach to daily tasks
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, a resourceful attitude and the ability to collaborate with teams to overcome challenges and achieve a resolution.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Work well under pressure and juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong initiative & attention to detail
  • Strong team player with interests in contribution to team and company culture

Hours or work

  • Monday to Thursday - 08.30 to 5.30pm
  • Friday 08.30 - 1pm
  • However, candidates may be required to work a reasonable amount of overtime if necessary

Salary:

  • Salary can be negotiated depending on experience

Job Type- Full time, Permanent
