The Role: Post Room Assistan

This is full time role

Monday to Friday

Job description for Post room Assistant:

• Opening post/and placing in appropriate trays
• Scanning of post to departments, individuals
• Distributing post to various departments
• Hand deliveries to local destinations etc
• General administration and filing
• Sorting post at the end of each day

Job skills required:

• Friendly and with a can-do attitude
• Effective communicator with good organisational and time management skills
• Proactive, professional and flexible approach to work
• Manual handling is essential
