PRE CAST OPERATIVE

ARMAGH

FULL TIME

PERM ROLE

Our client is the largest precast manufacturer in the UK and are looking for Precast Operatives to join their team.

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

 Operating concrete casting machines and production beds

 Operating overhead cranes

 Operating mobile plant

 General labouring and housekeeping duties

 Ensuring that work areas are maintained in a clean and tidy state

 Ensuring compliance with the Company's policies including Health and Safety

 Any other reasonable request made by management

In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with:

 Dayshift: 7am start Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday's on a rota basis

 Nightshift: 9pm-7.30am, 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday) with possible Friday/Saturday work on a rota basis

Essential Criteria:

 Be a good team player with the ability to use own initiative

 Be hard working and conscientious

 Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

 Excellent communication and organisational skills

 Good time management skills

 Demonstrate knowledge of working to and achieving targets and to quality standards

 Flexible approach to working hours Desirable Criteria:

 Previous experience of working in a precast concrete industry

 Previous experience of operating counter balance trucks and overhead gantry cranes

 First Aid Certificate
