PRE CAST OPERATIVES WANTED FOR ARMAGH

Dayshift: 7am start Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday's on a rota basis

Nightshift: 9pm-7.30am, 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday) with possible Friday/Saturday work on a rota basis

Duties

• Operating concrete casting machines and production beds
• Operating overhead cranes
• Operating mobile plant
• General labouring and housekeeping duties
• Ensuring that work areas are maintained in a clean and tidy state
• Ensuring compliance with the Company's policies including Health and Safety
• Any other reasonable request made by management

Essential Criteria:

• Be a good team player with the ability to use own initiative
• Be hard working and conscientious
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good time management skills
• Demonstrate knowledge of working to and achieving targets and to quality standards
• Flexible approach to working hours Desirable Criteria:
• Previous experience of working in a precast concrete industry
• Previous experience of operating counter balance trucks and overhead gantry cranes
• First Aid Certificate
