Job description
In partnership with a very established Manufacturing Company in Ballynahinch, Staffline are recruiting for Production Operatives for an immediate start.
This is a long term Temporary to Permanent opportunity. The right candidate will have a high chance of a contract after 12 weeks - or potentially before
Benefits
Salary:
- £8.82 per hour.
- 25% Shift Allowance if on Night Shift.
Hours of Work:
Day Shift: 7am - 5pm Monday to Thursday
Night Shift: 9.30pm - 7.30am Monday to Thursday
3 day weekend
- There is room for growth in the role, development opportunities for Team Lead / Supervisor positions.
- There is a chance of being put through NVQ qualifications.

Main Duties:
Operation and maintenance of production machinery in accordance with supervisory instructions.
Setting up the Production Machinery.
Assembly of parts during busy production process.
Using tools and techniques.
Monitoring quality of the goods produced.
Essential Criteria:
Successful candidate will have previous recent experience in a demanding production assembly environment.
Previous recent experience in the assembly, manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
