Key Responsibilities:

• To set-up and operate Roller Door machines and processes as prescribed in the SOP's
• To work as part of the team to meet production targets as set out by the sales teams
• To determine and validate production requirements based on orders placed
• To suggest improvement ideas for your production area and beyond and continually strive to improve in all areas
• To be flexible and to assist in the development of team members.
• To ensure all quality standards are adhered to. Also to stop production, if judged appropriate, to correct quality problems
• To ensure the work area is kept tidy and housekeeping standards are adhered to at all times
• To ensure quality controls are completed and recorded consistently and accurately
• Making sure all company Health & Safety procedures are followed to the highest standards

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday - 07:00- 4:30pm
Friday - 07:00- 1.00pm

Rate of pay:

£10.11 per hour plus potential to earn weekly bonus payment
