Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Production Operatives. This role is offered by Staffline Recruitment Ireland in collaboration with our esteemed client, Avondale Foods, known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production line equipment and machinery efficiently.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean work space.
- Monitor the production process and carry out basic quality checks.
- Pack finished products accurately and prepare them for shipment.
- Report equipment faults and production issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety principles.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
