Our client, a large animal feed company based at Duncrue, Belfast are seeking Production Operators to join their team potentially on a temporary to permanent basis

* Previous experience within a manufacturing / production environment
* Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
* An ability to work on own initiative but also to work collaboratively with others
* Flexible and adaptable

Job Duties

• Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, this role is based in a busy production and manufacturing environment responsible for the manufacturing of products
• Main duties and responsibilities:
• Work with Production Manager and Shift Manager to ensure shared responsibility for delivering all Key Production Indicators and targets
• To carry out all tasks and duties in accordance with Health & Safety standards and ensure PPE are adhered to
• Take Health, Safety and Environmental ownership of themselves, others and activities within their areas of responsibility and raising all HSE concerns they become aware of, outside their areas of responsibility, with relevant managers

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Nights)

Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, (Days)

Week 3: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Nights)

Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Days) followed by one week off to restart the shift rota on week 1

Rate of Pay:

£11.72/hr to include shift allowance
