Job Description:

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking Factory Operatives to join the team in Kilrea, a leader in Food Distribution. This position is pivotal in supporting the production and manufacturing processes, contributing to and.ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace to adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Assist in the packing and preparation of products for shipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisory team promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.

• No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with others.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday 7am to 4.30pm

Friday 6.30pm to 1.30pm
