Staffline in partnership with its longstanding client, is inviting applications for the position of shift manager

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the production supervisor will be responsible for the overseeing of all assigned Production and Direct Support activities i.e. Warehouse, Logistics, Production support functions.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start

Average working week is 45 hours (10am to 630pm)

Work pattern involes Saturdays with midweek day off and Sunday off

Experience and Competencies:

• Strong FMCG production experience essential, ideally 3+ years' experience in a supervisory or line leader role
• Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques
• Strong production background desirable
• Good understanding of processes and systems similar or identical to those employed on site a distinct advantage
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to effectively prioritise multiple demands.
• Good reporting skills
