We are at the leading edge of delivering innovation and product solutions to the Retail and Food Service markets and due to continued expansion we wish to recruit Production Supervisors to join our busy manufacturing facility in Portadown.

The Role:

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Production Managers' responsibilities will include:

• To plan, organise and control the entire production process within the Department
• To ensure continuing improvements in quality, efficiency, hygiene and safety
• To maintain high levels of customer service
• To build, develop and train your team
• Any other duties as and when required.

Shift Pattern:

Tues - Thurs

6am - 5pm

40hrs Per Week

Overtime available

Person Specification:

Essential Criteria

• Proven track record within a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to challenge existing operations and continuously look for improvements
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail.
