Core Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the suitability and capability of production equipment in area.
• Deliver & supervise Performance KPIs.
• Supervise process flows, space management and working with colleagues to maximise usage.
• Area ownership - capacity/volume, Succession planning, process control, housekeeping, flow, stock, Safety.
• People / HR management and development / training and issue resolution.
• Supervision & reporting on lines performance.
• Sites adherence to Mallon's Safety & Quality standards.
• Lead & manage staff to deliver on Core KPIs of quality, safety and customer specifications.
• Comply with HACCP regulations.
• carry out duties as requested by direct report to meet business needs
