Staffline Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Programme Manager to oversee and manage the development and use of a CRM solution to assist the implementation of a large-scale project for a major public sector client.
This is a temporary role offering a 6-month initial contract with opportunity for further development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work Closely with the (original) Programme manager to manage the implementation of the CRM project
- Establish and participate on working groups and steering committees as required for the project.
- Develop a Project Plan through the Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure Phases. Within the prescribed timelines & budget.
- Work with Software partners on the customisation and implementation of the project environment to meet organisational needs.
- Work with Local and National IT personnel and IT staff in Head office to ensure the smooth integration and implementation of the CRM
- Create/Develop/Modify all relevant documentation required as per original project plan. (e.g. TOR's DPIA MOA etc.)
- Ensure all new procedures and documentation is complete in line with QA standards
- Engage with relevant teams and departments for design and needs consultations.
- Ensure Data Readiness for the process of migrating existing Employer Engagement information/data available into MS Dynamics365
- Liaise with key stakeholders and external database owners (Eircode, KOMPASS Auto-address)
- Conduct Feedback sessions for each stage of the project to ensure all stakeholders are fully informed of progress
- Develop and customise existing CRM environment based on Feedback from multiple internal and external stakeholders across multiple sites
- Become a reference resource for all employer engagement CRM activities focused programmes.
- Design and deliver CRM training for ETB personnel engaging with the CRM OR ensure training is delivered to the highest standards to all relevant stakeholders
- Conduct evaluations and compile reports, including a 'Final Report' describing the project its results.
- Represent the organisation at employer and industry events to promote the project CRM.
- Undertake any other duties, which may be assigned from time to time.
- Adhoc responsibilities may be assigned throughout the life of the project.
