Grafton are excited to be recruiting for the role of an experienced purchase ledger clerk based initially in Mallusk premises short term with the possibility of transfer to Belfast offices.
As working as part of the finance team, the role will involve posting invoices onto Topaz(purchase Ledger System), driving efficiencies with current suppliers in terms of pricing and credit terms, ensuring that any purchases have appropriate authorisation, processing staff expenses and ensuring correct approvals and supplementary back up have been obtained, general purchase ledger administration. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to get involved in the wider finance team.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week
+2 years experience in a Purchase Ledger role
Excellent communication skills and confident manner,
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft software Inc. Excel, Word and Office,
Excellent attention to detail,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Reports to the management accountant
Experience in the use of Topaz systems
Previous purchase ledger experience
Salary 23- 25K
