Job description

Staffline Ireland are delighted to be recruiting for a Accounts Assistant on behalf of our Monaghan based client. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant who is looking for part time work (3 days per week) in a company that offers great flexibility.


  • Managing purchase ledgers
  • Data entry and recording financial transactions and balancing the books.
  • Bank reconciliation - cross-referencing the books against bank statements and other source documents to confirm accuracy
  • Monthly reports - summarising the business's financial position
  • VAT Returns
  • Reception cover
  • Adhoc administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have good purchase ledger experience
  • Be highly organised with a proven attention to detail
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Have excellent time management
