Staffline are currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Purchase Ledger Clerk to work within a busy, fast-growing company finance department office based in Mallusk. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working in a similar position. This role is fully office based and has excellent career progression opportunities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent support to clients and suppliers on any queries they may have, while also dealing with various client invoices and credit notes in a timely manner.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Processing invoices and credit notes
• Invoice / PO matching
• Liaising with the Procurement Team on invoice queries
• Follow up on discrepancies with suppliers
• Supplier account reconciliations
• Monitoring of Accounts Payable Mailboxes
• Other ad hoc finance duties as may be assigned from time to time
• General office duties including supporting our customer service department at busy times

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Initiative to ask the appropriate questions of the appropriate people to ensure invoices are processed correctly
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP experience

Salary - £21,000 with a £4 per day good time keeping bonus

Full time hours - 9AM to 5PM Monday to Thursday and 9AM to 4PM Friday with flexibility available
